Michelle Zale - President

Michelle is a 1996 graduate of Fitchburg State College with a double major receiving a B.S in Early Childhood Education and Humanities. After teaching for 8 years she changed course, went back to school at Spa Tech Institute for Massage Therapy, and in 2006 established Hands of Health Massage Therapy. She is also a certified Hypnotherapist. Michelle has 2 sons. Her son, Malcolm, became involved at Milford TV at a young age and is now finishing his senior year at RIT with a major in Motion Picture Sciences.  Michelle joined the Milford TV board in 2019. Michelle is committed to her community and is involved in other charitable organizations throughout the town. She is an active member on the board for Milford Area Humanitarian Coalition (MAHC), Pathway to a Better Life, and the Public Transportation Advisory Committee. 

Josh Ingemi - Treasurer

 Josh is a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He received his B.A. in American Studies from Providence College, M.S. in Television from Boston University, and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. His previous television experience includes employment at WBZ-TV and Comcast. In high school Josh was actively involved in the town of Marblehead’s cable access station. In college he was the co-founder and program director of a student-run television network and president of the film club.

Gerry Moody - Board Member

Attorney Gerald M. Moody, Sr. is a 1971 graduate of Providence College with a BA in History. After college he served in the USAR Military Police and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. Atty. Moody graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1976 and was admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal Bars. Attorney Moody has worked almost exclusively in Municipal Law since graduating from Law School. He served as Assistant Town Counsel in Danvers before serving as Milford Town Counsel for 39 years, retiring in 2018. He has also served as Special Counsel to several other Massachusetts communities. Though retired as full time Milford counsel, Attorney Moody continues to serve as Milford School Department Labor Counsel and to serve Milford in several other Special Counsel roles. As Milford Town Counsel Attorney Moody was instrumental in bringing the first cable television service to Milford in the early 1980s. More recently, when cable providers stopped providing direct public access service, Attorney Moody, working with the Milford Select Board, brought into being the current community access provider and insured an adequate and consistent level of financial support from the cable companies.
