 Q: Is Milford TV taxpayer funded?

A: No. Milford TV's entire operation is funded by portions of revenue from Comcast, Verizon, local sponsors, and membership. If you're a subscriber to either Comcast or Verizon, you will see a small PEG access fee included in your monthly cable bill.  

Q: Does the Town of Milford run Milford TV?

A: No. As a non-profit, The Milford TV Board of Directors oversees the operation of Milford Community Media Center. The Executive Director maintains the Milford TV facilities, its resources and coordinates programming. Milford TV has an agreement with the Selectmen to maintain the Cable Access facility and programming for the Town of Milford.

Q: How do I watch Milford TV?

A:  There are a number of ways to watch Milford TV! Locally, one can tune into Milford TV via their comcast (channels 8 & 38) or Verizon (channels 11, 40 & HD2140. You can also stream our channels/content on our website, our Youtube page, Video on Demand Site, & the Milford TV app!

Q: How do I get involved?

A:  We recommend VOLUNTEERING or JOINING AS A MEMBER!

Q: When will the municipal meeting I just watched be available to stream for playback?

A:  Municipal meetings will be posted within 48 hours of their completion in cooperation with local/State guidelines

Q: When will the game I just watched be available to stream for playback?

A:  We aim to have games available for playback within 72 hours of our coverage’s completion. Uploads are dependent upon date, location & duration.

Q: Why am I hearing classical music and/or podcasts during the program I’m trying to watch?

A:  We have music and podcasts uploaded to our bulletin board - this audio can sometimes bleed through into a broadcast when network connectivity isn’t strong on location.
